The CRM database application was at the center of the application suite.

Its primarily function was as a repository for all member data including applications, reservations, dining activity, events, communications.

These functions included reservations, event rsvp, communications, news & announcements and building/venue access.

It also served as a CMS for news & announcements/event creation and a sales pipeline for prospective members.
